Maybe it is just my nature but before I sign up for anything I ask a lot of questions and LISTEN to what the people are saying. I did sign up for Great Fun & Shoppers Advantage. Yes I knew about both because I asked questions and listen. I did not find any value in Great Fun so I cancelled the membership, 1st call and was given a cancellation number. The same thing had we were charged the fee but never was told when the 14 day trial started nor given the number to call if we didn't want the service. The person on the phone was very rude etc... Add comment

I canceled my membership over a year ago having never used it. Today I got a package with a card, congratulating me on purchasing a membership. I did not purchase a membership! Add comment

I am extremely pissed off. I called these people and stated that i wanted nothing else except a refund and to cancel my freaking membership. There is no advantage to this service. I only signed up for the service to get a discount on my airfare. However, I called back within the month to cancel so I would not be charged. Well I ended up having to call three times total to cancel this service. The first two times, the representatives never even put my cancellation through. Watch out for Shopper's Advantage and Great Fun. They'll claim you signed up for their services even when you declined them. My wife ordered something from Potpourri catalog by phone. At the end of the order process they offered her optional memberships which she declined. Surprise - they showed up on the visa bill anyway. You see endless complaints against them online. After hearing the information. I decided that I didn't want to participate. They told me that if I declined, that I would be charged a $19.99 fee monthly. How is this possible? They even had my cc numbers. Scary. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive whatever is is they're claiming to send.
