I purchased some batteries from Factory Outlet Store. As I concluded the purchase I was asked if I want to get an extra discount. Holding $5 gas rebate vouchers for the quarters of 2014 - Shoppers Addvantage refused to honor and to pay ne. Total fraud. I checked into my acct and found that TLG was taking 21.95 from my account and has been since Nov.2013 for a membership I never activated .I requested my funds be returned back to my and was told by Jerry that I could only get back one payment. Not only was he unaware that he had been marketed and enrolled in a 30 day free trail that he hadn't cancelled he was injured a few yrs back and hasn't been looking at his credit card statements (shame on me for only now catching this) he is setup to have direct full payments on his cards so it went unnoticed for 14 months shoppers advantage has admitted to sending one and only one catalog... I have never used the card and I never received the credit for subscribing. I cancelled my advange card last year. These guys continued to charge my card a monthly fee even after cancelling it and they didn't even tell me that there was a second service that needs to be cancelled separately. Shoppers Advantage and Great Fun they do not even tell you that they are 2 separate companies they just promise you all these perks and then after you give them your credit card information they charge you till you figure out that you have to cancel both memberships.
