Be carefulBeI have never been a member of Shoppers Advantage and was very surprised to get an letter that they would be charging me a monthly fee of $16.99. YIPES ! ! ! since I am not a member.

Gift card problem
No instructions on how to use the gift card.my recipients can never collect their gift card values. Ive sent thousands of dollars to American Greetings cards but my friends can never collect the values. If this is a billion dollar company then how many billions are going uncollected? I would like to talk to an attorney at your company and ask one simple question How many dollars of gift cards attached to American Greeting cards go uncollected? At some point the company has to know there is a problem they can fix but are refusing. Call me to discuss a settlement 510 237 **** Ive tried to call the Csr phone numbers but am not given an answer. What should I do?
