I was signed up when I called a for a hotel booking in New York city. They confirmed that I will not be charged anything and it was a free membership.
They also confirmed that I could cancel the membership at any time if I am not happy with it. After I finished traveling within the same week of the phone call I cancelled my membership. I received a confirmation email that my membership was cancelled as well. Later on I noticed that they kept charging my account after I cancelled membership, for months.
I did change my card, but they kept charging me. I had to call the bank to stop this nonsense.
They are complete fraud. Action should be taken against them to stop this in future.
