I was being billed monthly for 11 months on a credit card that I didn't check very often. I did a year end check and found the erroneous charge.

I recalled calling back in December of the year before and cancelling. So, I called and was consistent in explaining that I wanted all 11 charges refunded. They attempted to extend my membership, but when I explained that I simply didn't have the money and needed it back they were understanding and refunded the money. Spoke with a Mary Jones, supervisor, and someone before her named Angel.

Both were very friendly and excellent at handling my issue. It was much appreciated and much needed.
